The Pastor/Parish Relationship Team: shall identify and clarify its values for ministry goals. It shall reflect biblically and theologically on the role and work of the Pastor and staff as they carry out their leadership responsibilities. The team shall assist the Pastor and staff in assessing their gifts and setting priorities for leadership and service. The Team should meet at least bimonthly. The Pastor must be present for all meetings of the team. The team shall be responsible for developing and approving all written job description for paid and voluntary staff. They shall make recommendations for all salaries for staff, including the Pastor, on an annual basis to the Church council for their approval.
